An old school recipe, handed down from my great great Grandma. Excellent on salads, make beet ketchup, or even pickled beet hummus. An oldie but a goodie.
Ingredients:
Beets (red), Organic White Onions, White Vinegar, Canning Salt, Sugar, Black Peppercorn, Pickling Spice, Beet Juice
Sizes: Quart, 32oz. / Pint, 16oz.
