Blackberry Jalapeno Jam

A sweet and spicy delight! This jam is made with fresh jalapeno peppers, finely diced and cooked with sweet fresh blackberries and a bit of vinegar and sugar. Pairs well with cream cheese and crackers, smoked cheeses, as a glaze, or on your next charcuterie board. Add it to your next sauce or marinade for a balanced sweet heat and crispy edges on meat or veggies. The sugar caramelizes well when cooked down. Warning!!! This jam is SPICY.

Blackberries (fresh), Jalapeno Peppers, White Vinegar, Sugar, Liquid Pectin, Lemon Juice
